A 13 x18 cake
The cake
2 cups of gm wheat flour
2 cups, sugar
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
, 1/2 TSP salt
1/4 cup of yogurt, cream, or plain yogurt at room temperature
2 eggs, at room temperature
2 egg yolks, room temperature
2 TSP vanilla
8 ounces chopped half sweet chocolate,
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup of water
1/2 cup of cocoa
4 tablespoons of butter
1. The oven temperature to 350. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking soda and salt
2. In a small bowl, combine yogurt and eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla.
3. In a pot, combine half sweet chocolate, oil, water, and cocoa butter. Cook in low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and transferred to a large bowl
